Meet Sean Valle: Fourscore’s New Attorney
We’re happy to welcome our newest attorney, Sean Valle to the team! At Fourscore, Sean primarily assists emerging growth companies with business organization and governance, early-stage financing, intellectual property licensing, and other corporate issues.
Outside of work, Sean enjoys hiking, painting, and creative writing. He is also learning Krav Maga, which he promises to use for good.

Our Operations & Technology Manager, Helen Lavigne, celebrated her 80th day with our team last week…better known as her fourscore day!
We had to celebrate her in style, with a team lunch and our best Abraham Lincoln costumes.
Jesse Guest Lectures at NC State and UNC
Jesse has been busy in the community this week! Monday night he spoke on a panel at the UNC Executive MBA Program on early stage financing and new ventures. And later this week he’ll get to present on early stage company topics at NC State’s MBA Program.
It’s been a fun way to be involved with the community, and we look forward to continue being involved!
