CTA Update

On March 1, the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) was ruled unconstitutional. FinCEN has decided that only the named plaintiffs, including members of the National Small Business Association (NSBA), are relieved from complying. The decision is now on appeal – keep an eye out for more information from Fourscore on this developing issue.
