Serv leverages his broad experience in startup matters, venture capital transactions, debt financings, mergers & acquisitions, and fund formation projects to contribute to full-cycle legal support for businesses. Specifically, Serv handles organization, entity governance, equity financing, secured lending transactions, intellectual property, blue sky compliance, and merger and acquisition transactional matters for Fourscore clients. He has experience covering both sides of deals.
Prior to joining Fourscore, Serv worked as a corporate and transaction paralegal with several Am Law 50 law firms in New York, Washington, D.C. and Raleigh, North Carolina, a large regional law firm in North Carolina and an east coast based full-service commercial bank that provides financial services to entrepreneurs and venture capitalists.
Outside of work, Serv enjoys organic vegetable gardening and trail biking. He supports the Blue Devils in NCAA men’s basketball.
