Frances joined Fourscore as a corporate paralegal, bringing an extensive background in regulatory and administrative law. With a strong foundation navigating complex industry regulations and litigation, Frances has wide-ranging experience handling matters including healthcare licensure and regulation, debt collection, bankruptcy, landlord-tenant law, and general litigation. Frances is highly energetic and extroverted, and touts that she has rarely met a stranger. She brings a strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities, and she is always excited to dive in to new projects.

Frances is originally from a small town on the North Carolina/Virginia state line and attended UNC Greensboro. Following graduation, she relocated to Raleigh and immediately fell in love, and has enjoyed exploring the city ever since.

Outside of work, Frances enjoys testing out recipes at home and discovering new (and returning to favorite) restaurants in Raleigh and around the Triangle. She also loves cheering on the Carolina Hurricanes, and spending quality time with her senior corgi, Thunder, who is a Southeast Corgi Rescue alum.
