March Update: Fourscore Client Raises Oversubscribed Series B

Welcome to More From Fourscore

What new resources do we have for you this month? Take a look at our quick video from Fourscore Attorney Jesse Jones.

Corporate Transparency Act Update

We are all hopeful that this is the last update on the CTA and BOI Reporting Rule for a very long time. The U.S. Treasury Dept. has announced that although domestic reporting companies are technically required to file by March 21, the Treasury Department will not enforce the penalties against those companies who do not file. You can view additional details in the press release. The Treasury Department has announced that it does not plan to enforce penalties (ever) and will propose rules to limit the requirements to only foreign reporting companies. Foreign reporting companies will continue to be subject to the CTA requirements.
