NOMAD Adds Caribbean Location

Client Nomad Development, Inc. has acquired land for a second co-living village location, and this one is in Roatán. The new spot will have furnished units similar to those in Raleigh, plus a community building. Tenants will be allowed to move between locations without lease modifications.

Invicta Water Featured in Raleigh Media

Media outlets are taking notice of our client Invicta Water as they remove chemicals from drinking water. The process is personal for the founder and a research engineering associate, who believe the chemicals caused the death of their loved one. Read the recent write-up here.
