Legal Service Pricing

We are so proud to work with clients that are changing their communities and the world. Fourscore Business Law is committed to providing outstanding legal work while helping our clients stay within their budget. We offer three basic payment arrangements: General Counsel Subscription, On Demand Legal Services, and the traditional billable hour (only when necessary). General Counsel Subscription Model

  • Starting at $500/mo. on a 6 month term.
  • Each client’s solution is customized to the specific situation, depending on several factors including the scope of work, the length of the term, historical legal spend, and anticipated future needs.
Flat Rate Pricing We understand that predictable pricing is important to entrepreneurs and business owners and that helping our clients budget for legal services is part of our job. To that end, we offer flat rate pricing on many projects and will always remain flexible to the benefit of our clients. Here’s a list of projects we routinely do on a flat rate. Reach out to have a conversation about your specific project.

The Billable Hour While old-fashioned and outdated in most cases, the billable hour will probably never disappear completely. For certain types of work (or clients) the billable hour remains effective. In these situations, Fourscore will discuss the scope of work with you and provide a good faith estimate based on your requirements and our experience. For more information, contact us here.
