Ani is an experienced patent attorney at NK Patent Law, with a diverse background in patent prosecution, patent litigation, and related IP advising. His practice focuses on patent and trademark prosecution before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and in foreign countries. Ani’s clients include startup, mid-sized, and large corporations both locally and nationally.

As trademark law applies broadly across many industries, Ani has worked with clients in a variety of different business sectors. His diverse experience includes both consumer-focused and technology-focused clients in the med device area, retail, and computer technology, among other industries.

Before obtaining his law degree, Ani worked in cryogenics research and taught organic chemistry for over 6 years at the University of Illinois Chemistry Department.

Outside of the office Ani enjoys spending time outdoors with his son, playing multiple instruments, and swimming in places he is not supposed to.
